  • Civil Service Commission (CSC) - The Civil Service Commission (CSC) is the central personnel agency of the Philippine government. One of the three independent constitutional commissions with adjudicative responsibility in the national government structure, it is also tasked to render final arbitration on disputes and personnel actions on Civil Service matters.

  • Commission On Audit - The Philippine Constitution declares its independence as a constitutional office, grants it powers to audit all accounts pertaining to all government revenues and expenditures/uses of government resources and to prescribe accounting and auditing rules, gives it exclusive authority to define the scope and techniques for its audits, and prohibits the legislation of any law which would limit its audit coverage.
  • Office of the Ombudsman - THE OMBUDSMAN AND HIS DEPUTIES, AS PROTECTORS OF THE people shall act promptly on complaints filed in any form or manner against officers or employees of the Government, or of any subdivision, agency or instrumentality thereof, including government-owned or controlled corporations, and enforce their administrative, civil and criminal liability in every case where the evidence warrants in order to promote efficient service by the Government to the people.
